Qigong involves using exercises to optimise energy within the body, mind and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.  Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body's movement and posture.

Because Qigong involves slowing down and fostering presence, it is thought to benefit your mental health overall.  Studies have revealed that Qigong can help relieve anxiety and stress in healthy people.

All members are very welcome to join us for a gentle session of Tai Chi movement and exercise  followed, if you wish, with a chat and cup of tea, or coffee.
